Recycling plastic extruder PET film recovery granulation twinscrew plastic extruder machine

Such recycle extruder machine line could be set by single stage of twin screw plastic extruder, but the materail should have a treatment first, like to say clean washed and dried enough.
Also, the machine line should equipped some useful and special device for the whole line, like big capacity of hopper, forced feeding system, special designed screw barrels for feeding and Etc., so that the final products could be matched with the clients’ request.
Double check the main motor rotating direction before you have the machine line will be running, otherwise you will face a big problem: material doesnt’ go ahead and pressed into a solid column, and you have to remove the shafts to clen them first.
